There are so many ways to know yourself. Creating Art whether it’s mind art, emotion art, or soul art always has a story to tell. Whenever I’ve started a project there’s a bunch of feelings and thoughts that occupy my brain. Mostly critical thoughts:who do you think you are, you’re not an artist, you re such a fake.

I’m aware that there’s no wrong way or right way to create soul art. All you need is a curiousity about yourself and a willingness to give it a go. When I facilitate your journey there is lots of guidance and time to tap into “you”.
